For sale here is a great running Detroit Diesel 12.7 Series 60 Engine with only 420,676 total miles.  The bus it is coming out of is a 1999 MCI 102DL3 Unit #52342. The Engine s/n is 06R0509399, it is a type #6067-MK28, MCI p/n 8L-1-917.   We removed it only to fulfull a contract order for a bus we sold that required a remanufactured engine with a full warranty – there is absolutely nothing wrong with it!

This is a great running engine that came out of a 1998 MCI 102/EL3 E4500 Renaissance Motor Coach.

The Engine runs great with no smoke and does not use oil.  It is pretty much complete less the ECM.  What you see in the photos is what you get, less the engine cart it’s on.

Good used Engine and Transmission out of a wrecked 2000 MCI 102/EL3 Renaissance Motor Coach. Coach was hit in the front end, no damage to the rear of the vehicle, engine or transmission. What you see in the photos is what you get. Please call or email with any questions you may have.

Detroit Diesel 12.7 Series 60 w/ Jake Brakes S/N 06R0574822. No ECM on engine, we were told the insurance company removed it after the accident. The engine is coupled to an Allison B500 Transmission S/N: 6610081276. Both are still mounted in the MCI Renaissance engine cradle just as they were removed from the coach.
